Please follow the instructions below to complete the form and submit your order:

1. Voucher Selection:

   • Determine the number of vouchers you wish to order, keeping in mind the discount levels mentioned above.
   • Each voucher is priced at $497.

2. Form Completion:

   • Fill out the Bulk Voucher Order Form with the following details:
     • Organization Name (if applicable)
     • Contact Person's Name
     • Contact Person's Email Address
     • Contact Person's Phone Number
     • Number of Vouchers Requested

3. Submitting the Form:

   • Once you have completed the form, click on the "Submit" button to send your order request.

4. Invoice Processing:

   • After submitting the form, our team will process your order.
   • An invoice will be generated and sent to the provided email address within 24 hours of submitting the form.
   • The invoice will include the total amount payable after deducting the applicable discount.
   • Payment instructions will be included in the invoice.

5. Payment and Voucher Delivery:

   • Once you receive the invoice, proceed with making the payment according to the provided instructions.
   • Upon receipt and verification of your payment, our team will process your order further.
   • A file containing the voucher keys will be sent to the contact person listed on the form via email.

6. Voucher Issuance:

   • When candidates register for exams, they need to include the voucher number on the registration form.
   • The voucher number acts as a unique identifier for each voucher and will be linked to the corresponding candidate's registration.
