    3. Upload Requirements – Submit all necessary documents.

How many CEUs do I need to maintain my certification?

The quantity of CEUs necessary in every 2-year cycle remains constant regardless of your certification. Information regarding CEU requirements and other specifics is detailed below.

  • Recertification Requirements

    1. Proof of Leadership Practice – Upload documentation demonstrating active engagement in leadership activities over the past two years.

    2. Continuing Education (CEUs) – Complete 20 hours of leadership-focused continuing education relevant to your certification area.

    3. Direct Leadership Experience – Accumulate 20 hours in leadership roles that align with your certification area.

    4. CEU Summary Report – Submit a summary report demonstrating how CEU activities contributed to professional growth and leadership impact.
