Assessment Framework
You will complete a four-component portfolio based assessment applied leadership assessment, focused on real-world performance:
- Situational Judgment & Decision Making. Your ability to respond to complex AI leadership scenarios involving bias, ethics, compliance, and transparency.
- Professional Leadership. Evidence of your leadership in tech initiatives, strategic planning, or ethical oversight involving intelligent systems.
- Leadership Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Your capacity to navigate cross-functional priorities, align ethical standards, and engage technical + non-technical teams.
- Performance & Impact Assessment. Evaluates long-term thinking, policy alignment, and people-centered AI integration.
Education: Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles directly overseeing AI, data-driven, or emerging technology initiatives.
Training: 35 hours of AI training.
Alternative Pathway:
- Military: E-7+ (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in technology integration, strategic planning, or innovation leadership.
- Professional: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role guiding AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives—supported by documentation of project scope, outcomes, and team leadership.
