Assessment Framework
You will complete a four-component portfolio based assessment applied leadership assessment, focused on real-world performance:
- Situational Judgment & Decision Making. Tests your response to governance dilemmas, ethical oversight issues, and complex board dynamics.
- Professional Leadership. Showcases your governance involvement, board contributions, or policy leadership efforts.
- Leadership Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Assesses your ability to navigate complex stakeholder interests, maintain accountability, and lead across governance tiers.
- Performance & Impact Assessment. Evaluates your ability to apply strategic governance thinking , focusing on alignment, ethics, and long-term risk.
Education: Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 3+ years governance/board leadership in corporate, nonprofit, or public sectors.
Training: 60 hours of governance & risk management training (fiduciary responsibilities, ethics).
Alternative Pathway:
- Military: E-8+ (or equivalent) with governance/compliance experience.
- Professional: 5+ years in board governance, corporate compliance, or regulatory leadership.
