You will complete a four-component portfolio based assessment applied leadership assessment, focused on real-world performance:
- Situational Judgment & Decision Making. Your ability to lead through healthcare-specific ethical dilemmas, regulatory crises, and patient-impact scenarios.
- Professional Leadership. Documentation of your healthcare leadership work, impact on patient outcomes, or policy implementation.
- Leadership Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Assessment of your ability to lead cross-functional teams, clinicians, and administrative staff toward shared outcomes.
- Performance & Impact Assessment. Evaluates leadership strategy, compliance, equity, and safety-based decision-making.
Education: Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 3+ years in healthcare leadership (administration, policy, compliance).
Training: 60 hours of healthcare leadership training (governance, patient safety, policy, financial stewardship, compliance).
Alternative Pathway:
- Military: E-8+ (or equivalent) with healthcare leadership experience.
- Professional: 5+ years in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, or policy leadership.
