Assessment Framework
You will complete a four-component portfolio based assessment applied leadership assessment, focused on real-world performance:
- Situational Judgment & Decision Making. Assesses your approach to coaching scenarios, ethical dilemmas, and complex interpersonal challenges.
- Professional Leadership. Assesses your ability to engage coachees, stakeholders, or teams in aligned development outcomes.
- Leadership Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Assesses how you align executives, HR teams, and diverse stakeholders in people-first governance.
- Performance & Impact Assessment. Assesses how you support, challenge, and grow leaders effectively.
Education: Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 2+ years in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development.
Training: 50 hours of coaching-specific training (methodologies, feedback, emotional intelligence).
Alternative Pathway:
- Military: E-6+ with coaching/mentoring duties.
- Professional: 5+ years in HR, executive coaching, or talent development.
