Evaluate and validate your ability to coach leaders with integrity, strategic alignment, and measurable impact. Through scenario-based assessments and portfolio submissions, you’ll demonstrate mastery in:

  • Leadership Coaching Practices – Guide leaders in setting goals, applying coaching models, and fostering reflective thinking.

  • Fostering Organizational Impact – Align coaching with strategic goals, drive cultural transformation, and enhance team performance through DEI and organizational behavior strategies.

Assessment Framework

You will complete a four-component portfolio based assessment applied leadership assessment, focused on real-world performance:

  • Situational Judgment & Decision Making. Assesses your approach to coaching scenarios, ethical dilemmas, and complex interpersonal challenges.
  • Professional Leadership. Assesses your ability to engage coachees, stakeholders, or teams in aligned development outcomes.
  • Leadership Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Assesses how you align executives, HR teams, and diverse stakeholders in people-first governance.
  • Performance & Impact Assessment. Assesses how you support, challenge, and grow leaders effectively.

Education: Undergraduate Degree

Experience: 2+ years in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development.

Training: 50 hours of coaching-specific training (methodologies, feedback, emotional intelligence).

Alternative Pathway:

  • Military: E-6+ with coaching/mentoring duties.
  • Professional: 5+ years in HR, executive coaching, or talent development.
